Hello, my name is Marco Custodio!
I have a degree in Business Administration and I have a background mostly in Human Resources in the mass consumer market. Despite exercising generalist positions for the past 10 years, I really enjoy my experiences in Development, Training, Communication, Diversity & Inclusion and Labor Relations.
I believe that we have the potential to be happier from the moment we can express ourselves and be respected for who we are. Thus, we have the right to make our choices for professional and also personal experiences that have affinities with our principles and values. In the end, everything in our lives is a matter of choice … it is up to us to take the path that makes us the happiest!
