Hi, I’m Carla!
I am 27 years old and from Rio. Graduated in Psychology with an MBA in Business Management, I have been working in Human Resources for 7 years going through various specialties such as recruitment and selection, training, internal communication, climate research etc.
I currently work for an American multinational with a focus on culture and engagement and participate in our inclusion and diversity committee.
