Hi, I’m Casimiro, people call me Cas!
I am a climate action and business leader, a coach, a speaker and a dad. I create an outlook of abundance, alleviating scarcity so that we can live a brighter future.
I have been working for more than 20-years in multinational companies in the areas of sales and marketing in the water and wastewater in various industries. For the last 15-years I have been managing and leading multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Today, I am commercial director and director of the board of directors.
People management and leadership are my passion, as well as inclusion and diversity, so I completed my ACTP coach certification by ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Both professionally and personally, being a cis-gay man, married and father were never barriers to being authentic, and so that I could fulfill my dreams and be happy.
