With more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources in Brazil and Switzerland, I’ve been working in several HR areas. Talent Acquisition is my key field of expertise.
If at the beginning of my career it was unthinkable to share some aspects of my life and even develop deeper bonds, today I feel safe to talk openly about my history and influence others who are not yet ready to fully express their sexual orientation in the work environment.
