I worked for 15 years in several international companies dedicated to the health area.
Was 5 years ago that I change my approach from legal to Compliance, and in my current job I support the organization in corporate integrity, trying to follow the Code of Conduct and as a business partner seeking the best channels and results for the sales areas.
I am currently the leader of the LGBT + affinity group in Mexico, and I actively participate in the education campaign on diversity issues.
Academic Education: I have a law degree from the Universidad Panamericana and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from the Universidad Tecnológica de México
I am available for Mentoring sessions in the following languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.
